AZ: How to determine your immigrant status.

Arizona just needs to tweak its laws to know who to pick up as illegal immigrants in our country. Mandate all drivers and car owners to have auto insurance.

The process of getting insurance would mean that a credit check will be done on you, so that means you would have had to present a social security number and ID to determine your monthly rate. (See the process below) It is not a leap that if you don’t have insurance on your car, you might not have legal status. The health care system is mandating insurance for children and eventually everyone. Why not mandate auto insurance and a new “driver” insurance so that even if you don’t own a car but want to drive, you still need insurance to get a license.

  1. Geography – Your Zip Code.
  2. Mileage Driven – Yearly Miles
  3. Vehicle Classification – Fast Car or Family Car
  4. Insurance Company Terms & conditions
  5. Demographics – Married or Single
  6. Age – Under 25, over 45
  7. Number of Vehicles and Drivers
  8. Credit Rating - Insurers check your credit history when you apply. The higher your credit score, the lower your premiums will be.
  9. Checking your credit report for erroneous information is vital to achieve or maintain a good credit standing. Here's what is needed to acquire a credit check.
  10. You will need the full name, date of birth, Social Security number, address, and previous addresses if the consumer resided fewer than 3 years at the current address.
  11. Check for a good Social Security Number http://www.ssa.gov/employer/ssnv.htm
  12. Vehicle Safety
  13. Deductible

You have the right to protect your state and its resources. The true answer is an agressive guest worker program, but the Republican supporters will have to pay higher wages and the Democrats won't get their voters, so neither party will do what is right. That is why it is up to the state and its citizens to solve there issures.
